Seems obvious but worth the reminder that your thoughts, language, and behaviors are deeply interconnected and by becoming aware of the sequence language ➑️ thought ➑️ action you can modify unhelpful habits and strengthen useful ones.

I've just read Robin Sharma's 'The Monk who sold his Ferrari'. I'd recommend it as an enjoyable and lighthearted way to explore this.

Language is upstream of behavior. Change the words you tolerate in your own head and everything downstream shifts.
