In the permissions screen press the application and it will open a dialog with a relay button. Check if some application doesn't have a relay.

I was thinking that instead of defaulting to the nsec.app relay, users should be allowed to set a global "default relay list" for Amber, and when creating a new App let the user select the desired relay from the default list. This can also be set up for each App individually.

I more commonly use local relays and relays running in other devices on the LAN.

the connection to amethyst isn't done via a relay and therefore the option to select relays isn't available.

I get the same behaviour if I delete amethyst and if I have / don't have an app that lists wss://relay.nsec.app relay which is the one I am using.

The no relays found is happening using amethyst?

Amethyst is working fine with Amber.

you asked if any of the apps had a blank relay list. None of the apps that had the option to view the relay list, had an empty list. Amethyst didn't have the option because its connected through Android's internal system rather than relays.
