Cenk Uygur & @cenkuygur Follow It's literally insane to say that you won't prosecute child rapists. Trump administration says there were hundreds of underaged girls who were raped - and we won't prosecute a single person who did it! Isn't that nuts? Previous administrations also didn't prosecute.
