At the weekend I got onto the bitcoin subject with an older guy, maybe 65+ who basically thought bitcoin was much like all these other shitcoins. He was under the impression someone can just copy bitcoin and recreate it, leaving bitcoin with no value.

I spoke to him about bitcoins roll in energy, scarcity, instant settlement and the fiat ponzi. After 30 minutes he was onboard.
