It's a little more complicated than just buying the domain but if I can do it anyone can.
I did pay a lot for my nostr purple verification to support the operators, which is why I never made my own even when Derek told me I could
I was verified with nostrplebs but i wanted to not be so ignorant so i went a tried, failed, and tried again.
I bet Semisol and Derek are going ham tryna fix whatever is going. Counterparty risk is a bitch tho.
