Thatβs literally me right now, since last friday.
The very last chest day of my 8-week training cycle I did not feel
well in my shoulder after the workout. Could sense it immediately.
It seems to be the start of an inflammation, not too bad luckily ππ½
Short term stepping back on heavier weights for shoulder/chest work.
Since #movement is #medicine, I will focus more on other weak spots and in addition do some daily rehab excercise for the shoulder.
