Would it actually change anything if you found out that you don’t actually have “free will”? If you find out that your actions are functions of your past experiences + current internal state?

I think for a lot oft people this would be the day they lay down in front oft their TV and wait for destiny to arrive... Ah, wait... They already do this!

What if every decision we make creates a set of new parallel universes where every possible scenario is played out.

Then there would be no free will.

Every time you choose all possible solutions.

Yes, there were key moments in recent history that completely changed the course of our future society.

🧘🏼‍♀️

That is a possibility, but there are far simpler and probable solutions for free will to not exist, or atleast not how we think about free will anyway

So ok, this was a thing a few administrations ago.

Then there was like this dinner…call it a roast; it started a beef..

After that, there was a summit if you will. An invitation must have gotten lost in the mail…

Then some highly sus virus came along..

So we all had to go home and stay home, but there was this one company that was like…nope.

Said company decided to come out here; regulations and whatnot…

Yes

What would it change?

Interesting question. While it may challenge our beliefs, ultimately it doesn't change the fact that we're responsible for our actions. It's up to us to use our experiences to shape our future.

Exactly!
