Nostr goes against traditional networks. Im sitting here thinking that nostr might never be mainstream. Its decentralized and cant scam.. what company traditional company wants to be transparent and use bitcoin and give power to the ppl. Ill wait Coca-Cola haha walmart target i dont see any major company coming to nostr.

The question is, what makes a social network “take off” the populace or the ad revenue?

No ads are ever built in isolation
I just think nostr needs a greater number of visionaries and designers not lone devs building in isolation without any feedback loops, this I see as a bitcoin culture that nostr inherited added with the certain levels of complexities encouraged by the bitcoin ecosystem that is finding its way into nostr.
