CIA needs money, and they’re also incredibly corrupt.
They’re now rich.
They can also transmit “money” anywhere anonymously.
Want to pay a cartel? No problem!
Want to get paid by a cartel? No problem
They created a parallel monetary system that has risen in value beyond their wildest dreams.
Have you seen Narcos:Mexico? In season 2 the head of the drug cartel in Mexico is about to be indicted in the US so he sets a meeting with a CIA guy and says hey, you know that Iran contra stuff that’s all over the news? Looks like Reagan can’t run guns anymore. Well guess what? I have a fleet of planes. I can run your guns. All you gotta do is make the indictment go away. And it worked.
There’s a lot of this going on.
There are theories that attacking Afghanistan had to do with getting the poppies flowing again.
Which they did.

I think Assange was correct when he said years ago that the goal of the war in Afghanistan was not to win the war, but to launder money. How does that work, exactly? If I had to guess, I’d put poppies at the top of my list.
And what are the odds that we accidentally left $80 billion of military equipment to Afghanistan? Oops!! 🤪
And how many billions did Biden confiscate from the Afghani central bank? Could that have been part of the deal? It’s hard for me to imagine anything otherwise.
The problem is most citizens trust their government.
They completely lose sight of “trust but verify.”
Hard to verify anything when the pentagon has lost track of trillions of dollars.
Freedom technology is our only way out.
btw, I very highly recommend Narcos and Narcos:Mexico. They lay it all out, that the War on Drugs is nothing more than an excuse to prosecute endless war, weaken our frenemies (central and South America), keep our archrival the Russian Empire (formerly known as the Soviet Union) out of our hemisphere, and launder money. The most interesting observation to me is that the DEA agents seem to know this at some level, and yet they remain TRUE BELIEVERS to the cause, ie the war on drugs. Without the zeal of the True Believers, the entire scheme described above would fall apart.
Why do they Believe? That is the question.

I don’t disagree with most of the sentiment expressed here, I’ve read John Perkins and Jacobsen. I just don’t see why an agency that effectively controls the Federal Reserve and thereby the supply of US dollars would have anything to gain by creating a public blockchain based currency. The system they have has worked flawlessly since they killed JFK and framed Nixon opening the door for corporations government and otherwise to seize control of our country.
