Why not both? I'm sticking with Start9 for Bitcoin stuff because of their Open Sourceness. But umbrel is ok for things lower on the risk gradient.

This has been my practice, but the umbrel is still on an rpi with only 2TB. Don't want to buy another machine so might make the switch.
