In general tho would you say it's more bitter or sweet?
Doesn't have a strong taste in my experience. Not bitter.

By itself, yeah I would say so. I tend to like things with strong flavor. A foodie might say it has a "delicate" flavor.
yeah Japanese snack on it with sake exactly because its not a strong taste
