I liked lunch breaks so i can put my mind on something else, relax if the morning was stressful or go for a walk. This was when I was not working from home.
Now it doesn't matter since i am just home and I can organise my day like I want. 😁
Totally understandable. I get if the place is hectic and breaks are good to regain mental or even physical strength. I work a boring boring mindless office job with easy tasks and Im like always relaxed with this job role.
That's what I do, but... If I'm working a 12+ hour shift, it's better to have a bit of a break, I think.
