💯 That is the reward and the mentality it takes to run these in solo mode 24/7, despite CA's electricital numeric nonsense. Heat is yet another sacrifice but one that is easier to get around for most people. Here is a shot of my setup. I've got a fan right behind the Q directed to another fan at the window. The airflow of the room tends to blow out that direction which helps. If you put it on a desk by a window with a window fan blowing out you'd barely notice the heat. It's nice and quiet too. Noise was always a major concern for me getting into bigger miners as well as 120v compatibility. Canaan nailed it with this

Oh i know man. My ps4 is louder than my nano s3. I'm like what in the world. I figured it was about that big almost computer tower like. One day if i ever have a garage I'll nab that beast.

Bigger than most of my computer towers lol but sleek looking and solid. Canaan support is an issue, hope I never have to contact them for anything serious. I reached out about getting a 240v cable and they keep asking for the most irrelevant things. What does my WhatsApp or social media have to do with providing efficient support? My website and phone number is in my signature and email is working fine. I just want a cable 🤡

That comes off hella sus 🤨 maybe join some home miner threads and see if any one else knows which ones would work best for it

Yes, will do. I'm good with the 120v cable just thought the 240v would be slightly more efficient and have the ability to run it. But not worth all that. Hope these machines hold up or Canaan gets it's support together
