My lightning wallets I display the unit in sats.

But for my on chain wallets I display in BTC. Not sure why I do this.

For some reason I like seeing .001 BTC and knowing its 100,000 sats.

I do exactly the same

Same here. It seems that sats are the currency of lightning. Easier to think about than a long decimal.

💯 yeah when I send 21 sats 100 times a day on lightning I don't want to see .00000021.

Because every time, without fail, you have to stop and count the zeroes amirite?

Anything over 4 zeros and I have to start thinking more than I'd like.

It’s been a year or so since I deniminate all my wallets in sats. My brain is much happier now.

I work in decimals all day Machining so maybe it just clicks right for my autism.
