Just following your logic, what with those trying to leave? A random worker thinking "ok, I've saved enough to move out my county" and Boom, a bomb fall. What would you say? "Sorry pal, move faster nex time"?

I think you talk because is free, just fiat rethoric. Anyone who thinks through what you propose would at least be hesitant on celebrating someone else's dead.

Don't think for a second you're moral standards are suoerior just for asking "can someone kill the bad guys please"

It's a war. They've had multiple years to leave.

Like it or not, they're making an important material contribution to Russia's war effort. The oil refinery itself is clearly a valid military target. If they don't want to die, the onus is on them to find a way to not be there.

The only thing I see is a man trying to justify killing people extremely unrelated to the conflict, with a simple reason, in a complex world.

You didn't even explicited your criteria for "when is ok to work" and when is "helping the bad guys" 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ but maybe is easier to disguise our darkest cravings with a moralizing coating rather than thinking through what we propose
