That looks strongly like a fat-finger, so not the best example. But you are correct, there are examples where an organic fee market caused this:

Also, maybe it was a fat finger, but then how did they fat finger like 10 txns totalling over 100 bitcoin for it to happen? More likely just some whale that wanted to move their corn and didn’t care about the 20 bitcoin it took to do so
