I'll also add the option to not save automatically and choose the relay you want to save the draft
They should be deleted.. maybe the app doesn't have permission to delete from Amber? nostr:npub1w4uswmv6lu9yel005l3qgheysmr7tk9uvwluddznju3nuxalevvs2d0jr5
