They probably do. Because us humans in this civilization do not go with the actual time of the universe. Our time structure was constructed by man to enslave us. Plus the other planets are beyond the ice wall no up up in the skies

I don't see where enslavement comes into the purvue of our timekeeping.
All of our measurements are technically arbitrary: meters, plancks, Fahrenheit, etc. No less arbitrary than the calendar.
