Baseboard heat is probably worse? Just a random guess because they use so much electricity. I don't know real numbers for that. I do have real numbers for my own scenario though. I have a heat pump and my heat pump is more efficient than baseboard heat. As for costs, it's costing me about $30 extra a month to heat with ASICs, but I get about the same amount in bitcoin per month, based on current prices.
