100% agree.
Alan Wilson Watts was a Christian. He was even a priest at one point.
However, later in life he followed what he called “The religion of no religion,” which incorporates both the Christian and Mahayana Buddhist ways of life.
Still, most people aren’t there yet. They still need the raft of traditional religions to get to the other side. Christianity is the best raft among the major world religions. Alan has written multiple books on the topic.
I’m into decentralized religions like I’m into decentralized Bitcoin. I don’t believe in a “point source” all knowing god, but I do believe in a universal life force that is everywhere. I love religions like the tao, Buddhism, etc.
