I have a second nostr account and for some reason, this account can't follow anyone.

I have tried Primal on Safari and Nostur on iOS and with Primal, I click on Follow and nothing happens. Nostur has the Follow button disabled.

Why would this happen?

Its mostly because you don't have a follow list and clients are too scared to create a follow list due to the risk of overwriting an old follow list they couldn't find
