Morning sunlight:

Lo solar angle ; red light wave length penetrates into skin and into mitochondria. Good for your body.

Midday sun, different light, wave links higher, UV, harsher on the body still provide, some benefit, cholesterol used in synthesis vitamin D.

My thought is spend first hour of day and last hour of day in the sunrise and sunset. Generally avoid the midday sun, but maybe get around 15 minutes of daytime sun on your body outside of the morning and evening
