The project is mostly there, but I've held off on pushing it live due to the importance of another project I am working on. I still have more to learn before I'll be ready to take this one on. I'll keep you posted on the progress, but for now it's still in development.
Thanks. Betfair used to be the best in the business back in the day. If you haven't already, take a look at their business model. I think it can be done on the bitcoin standard. Of course, the issue is always liquidity for markets, but since bitcoin is taking over the world anyway...

Are you sure all the coins used for this are shitcoins? I would think there's at least one that's decentralized like Bitcoin but just adds functionality to work for this stuff
