No offense but these vans are everywhere and they are driving hundreds of KM across the EU and accidents do happened unfortunately. I see many of the eastetn Europe reg. plates driving on our roads towards Italy and I did came across quite a few serious accidents that were caused by sleepy van drivers from those countries.

Not everything should be suspicious if something bad happen to Ukrainians.
