Pizokel is the Swiss answer to spätzle, so a type of egg noodle. I scrape the dough off the cutting board in narrow strips, into simmerimg water.

You can't see it, but I use the eggs I get from the farm down the street and they're 🤌🏼

Completely makes the noodle. Need the best eggs.
