Is this a campaign against “likes” because they useless and polute Nostr with useless reactions data?
What if we’d like to use likes once we can plug in our own algos?

I don’t find this to be a rage against likes. I see this as an open feedback market — whoever wants to push followers towards #zaps can disable likes.
One must realize opportunity cost as disabling free feedback will reduce the amount of interactions.
Couldn’t be more fair
