Sanding deck. Cut shear clamps to length and epoxied to side panels. Day 3/4.

Underside of deck glassed/epoxy. Day 5

Day 6. Taking shape

Day7. Everything gets stitched together with copper wire, epoxied then stitches are removed

Day 8. Some more straightening/tighten ties. Transom tied in. Spot bead epoxy in prep of removing copper ties. Hopefully it all holds together!

Day 9(should ack that doing about 2-3 hours work each day). Removed ties, everything held together! Filet the joints inside. Fiberglasses two samples of cloth to see which I liked best for decorating deck later on. Kuna pattern left, Samoa turtle pattern right .

Unthickened epoxy the entire inside today. Day 10!

Stringers and nose block installed. Last chance to fill in gaps with thickened epoxy before deck goes on.

Pulled a couple ties on the stringers, cut and epoxied support pieces for carry handle . Transom cedar strips epoxied together.
