When Weimar Germany had hyperinflation, the people saw "things are getting expensive" and "my stocks are skyrocketing" and "the dollar is high".

For some reason very few people saw what was really happening as the paper money inflated billions of times it's previous supply.

People holding stocks or gold became outrageously rich by previous measures, while the masses sank into poverty.

Gold and silver could have been their solution back then, but people just didn't think in those terms. Gold and silver were "going up", it was never that the currency they used as a measure was going down.

I hope we can achieve mass adoption and that we will be generous to those left behind.

Information is the most generous thing to give right now. One day you may save your nation by gifting every family 10 sats. But right now every person taking the exit ramp is a person saved.
