Flavor wise -- what do you typically gravitate towards?

Also, have you tried fortifying your shakes / smoothies with beef collagen powder? It's an awesome way to enrich the shit out of stuff!

Sometimes I use 2 bananas, 1 carrot, & a handful of cilantro. Other times I use a Strawberry Banana blend, Granola added if available. Cayenne pepper is always added for my immune system.
