What's the benefit of AEzeed other than the extra headaches?

According to article, AEZEED has versioning and wallet birthday which LND deemed necessary to work with its protocol.

Interestingly, both Core Lightning and Eclair use BIP39, so now I wonder 🤔

You can used extended master key in LND if you want instead of AEZEED, its in initwallet gRPC call dont think you can from lncli.
