my clients repeatedly respond with:

-the house feels calmer

-“we all get to sleep sooner”

-less headaches or migraines

what’s really happening:

- dopamine detox (low level)

- melatonin re-building / recalibrating

- cortisol detox

best places to start replacing bulbs is wherever you turn on the light FIRST thing in the morning & evening lamps/lighting (to be used at night)

Incandescent bulbs usually hurt my eyes so I’ve stayed away from them. No issues with LED, I usually prefer LED’s the brighter the better
