I go buy my meat from a local farmer! I use already animal fats. Eat organic eggs. Try to reduce carbs, alcohol and sugar. But the sugar part is difficult in my opinion because it’s literally i everything.

You’re right - sugar is in almost every packaged food. Avoid them. 10 day sugar detox and you won’t crave it anymore

No need for thanks - sounds like your on the right track and almost there. What the “Big Food” industry has done to the food supply is absolutely criminal!! Makes my blood boil. They are poisoning us in plain sight!
