Go low and slow with #lithium chloride; the half life is up to 36 hours.
Many who have a bad time start at 1mg lithium orotate a day, ending up with several milligrams in their system at once.
Take a single drop (100mcg) of #lithium chloride a day for at least 4 days, then titrate upwards slowly until you find your dose.
When you say find your dose, how do you know if you've gone too high?

You'll feel loopy and drugged. That's too high. Just titrate up until you feel calm and resilient. No need to push the envelope. Less is more.
