I guess I’d prefer to expound the saying, being much too wordy:

“Never sell your bitcoin: make purchases and sell exclusively using bitcoin. Abandon Fiat as much as possible.”

The goal is to use Bitcoin, not sell/exchange for shitcoins/fiat.
