I only looked in on maybe 2 streams and not being a huge streaming fan I couldn't tell whether she "had it" or not to become big but I saw she was getting close to no money in donos and wasn't yt monetised. I didnt even know JFK was apart of hacker shit till AFTER the Chudbuds hack. He was just some guy who showed up in the Guilded and Chudbuds matrix that was pretty cool to watch movies with while he plays Super Mario 64 mods.

Sorry mate, but you have committed literal crimes and publicly admitted to them. It doesn't matter if someone is mean to you, you aren't allowed to ruin their lives. Like I said I wasn't going to publicly accuse you or anyone else of anything that wasn't publicly out there even though I was pretty confident that you were at least involved after the fact but if I associate myself with you what does that say about me?

I was a user of the service they killed. If nothing else I have a huge list of people who are very pissed off that I want to be on reasonable terms with. Note, while my attitude was essentially gg well played because I didn't originally think anyone was going to get caught, that doesn't mean I was exactly happy about this. I was quite enjoying my comfy little corner.
Alfa joined a VC with JFK which is recorded and on KF if im not mistaken where JFK says basically "should I delete these accounts on chudbuds" and instead of saying, no this is a crime went along with it. He also then sat on the knowledge of the full access RAT for weeks before the full hack. There is also dox stuff that he was involved in with Doll and/ or Sui (I'm not as au fait on this part). Conspiracy before and/ or after the fact amongst other things.
None of that appears to be crimes on his part. I don't think he is under obligation to warn Chudbuds. He isn't exactly tech savvy.
Following this logic train though, I assume you unfollowed all the Chudbuds that were involved, egg'd on and giggled when Ralph's bank account, email, contact lists were "hack" just prior to the rat?
Well if that's the case then I guess he has nothing to worry about. I strongly doubt that's true but IANAL.
1) I didn't follow that many people in general particularly amongst the drama types
2) Ralph wasn't hacked, he streamed himself failing to enter a global password in clear text. I probably did laugh at that, but no I don't think it should end in life ruination. The people who then took those details and logged into his accounts and pulled personal info were committing crimes.
BTW it's interesting to think what would have happened in a parallel universe where Ralph successfully creates an account *and* doesn't get banned. Does JFK still kill the instance his hero is sitting on? We'll never know.
