I grew up on AOL Instant Messenger and I’m tempted to vibe code a Nostr app that’s identical—same features, same door opening/closing sounds, lol. Has anyone done this yet? It’d be so cool to use it for private messaging. I haven't kept up, but how far have private DMs come on Nostr lately? I know we have a NIP for statuses, which was a notorious feature on AIM.

I just had to fix an app that someone “vibe coded” to download videos from Udemy. Please have someone review the code that you have LLMs create. My PR for it rewrote most of the core functionality to make it actually work on something other than Windows (in spite of him saying it worked on all three platforms- Mac, Win, Linux)..

The really crappy part was I don’t think this guy reviewed my PR .. he just merged it and thanked me for the hard work.
