Any recommendations on web hosts?

Looking for a good one with decent prices for general use (I don't want to pay with #bitcoin).

I'm currently eyeing Hostinger. However, they had this limited-time offer (with a countdown timer) but when the time ran out, the offer was still valid. It's still valid today! What gives?
