Not probable in the absolute sense, but to a high enough degree of confidence that would make it indistinguishable from a proof?

2. You can chose a string of 256 bits yourself. If you do that you can be sure its private.

1. the receiver (so you!) decide what is spam for you. Not hard.

2. 3. can't be certain but there are degrees of confidence

2 and 3 are logical. But I believe we need digital bindings to actually work. Nostr keys instead of national IDs. 😵‍💫
