An idea for someone who can make it happen (because I wouldnt know where to start):

Questr - an app built on nostr for the completion of IRL tasks. Similar concept to fiver.

You can post a task with a pre-determined sats reward and release the reward on task completion. Kind of like a bounty, More complex tasks could even be gamefied with objectives and mini rewards released along the way with a bigger completion bounty at the end.

Also people can offer their talents there in a market place like fiver.
