I can argue both.

In not knowing what you’re doing is bad you could inadvertently ruin your life. Like dating a cousin 🤢 Or, putting diesel in gas engines or gas in Teslas😆

However, more often than not, if you know what you’re doing is wrong & you keep doing it…that tends to be worse.
