In his speech to the NRA, Trump yet again suggested he might serve more than two terms.

The 22nd Amendment bars that, but if the 14th Amendment didn't apply to him, why should any others?

If Trump wins, do you believe he will leave office at the end of a second term?

Nah, he won't need to.

The only threat to his power is the Supreme Court, so, it'll be the first to go.

He'll start with Clarence Thomas. He'll have him arrested for corruption and the Democrats will cheer and the Republicans will remain silent.

Then he'll have Samuel Alito arrested for corruption and the Democrats will cheer while the Republicans remain silent.

And then he'll claim that these two arrests are proof absolute that the entire Supreme Court is corrupt and have them all arrested while the Democrats look on in stunned silence and the Republicans cheer.

At that point he'll appoint himself as final arbitrator of the law and his elevation to Emperor will be complete. While the Republicans cheer and Democrats are rounded up and sent to work camps.
