Mexico, Canada and China. The triangle of Fentanyl.

This story has always bothered me. Always. Hayes was not a druggie. Good family etc. How did fentanyl get mixed into cocaine? How is that possible? Nobody was held accountable. I blame him for using cocaine & the triangle of death countries mentioned above. Canada can rightly go FUCK THEMSELVES. Weak leaders kill. Weak people up North.
