This is not just Disney, many corporations have a clause in their ToS that any dispute with their users shall be done through arbitration.

I think there are other ToS involved here, can you buy Disney resort tickets on Disney+? There are also the ToS of the Disney My Experience app, no? I didn’t actually read the article, I asked for Gemini to summarise it lol
