No, my question is genuine. I have no respect for the BS colored parties may with each other, but it is unusual to not call this the SOTU…it is required of the president.
Think of the format of the entire program and compare it to past addresses, then realize it was a rally. A 'clan' rally, if you will.
They all are clan rallies. The colored animals of politics know nothing else other than tribalism.
