Also, that is not the biggest threat. Fragmentation, poor relay software, spam, and poor clients are the main threats to nostr.
In the meantime a good VPN (Mullvad, IVPN) works right?

Also, so many seem loyal to devices and clients that don't allow it. Use Amethyst with Tor/ orbot.
