I didn’t have a very healthy lifestyle when I still smoked cigarettes so I was a bit overweight already. Didn’t have a scale at home, but I was probably around 95kg as a smoker.

Once I stopped smoking, I blew up within months. From thin to the one with the thumbs up is about 10 months. Last one is the most recent one from last year.
