I would give [NIP-94](https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/94.md) As it allows for sharing torrent links. I've never actually seen one in client so I'm not sure who supports them. I assume if the client supports NIP-94 fully it should give you the info from the hash. Not sure about adding trackers though. IIRC it's just the hash. I'll even have to look at it 😂
