It is the individuals own free transformation that makes the difference.......

Not the groups controlled transformation.

We've been down this road already.

The individual are the rare ones.

The majority is perfectly happy to be part of the group.

We repeatedly travel down this road....it is the rare individual that creates the schism, propagating the shift in the group, over and over again
