With more details of the Prime Trust debacle being released there are two questions that need to be answered:
How/why did Prime Trust lose access to their legacy address keys?
If Fireblocks was handling Prime Trust's custody, how did they not notice?

So their business model is custody crypto but they outsource key management...
Fireblocks has been a problem for others. Look at the Gemini lawsuit, and foreign lawsuit.
Isn’t this the company that Swan trusts with their assets as well? I raised the point on Twitter several times but it was disregarded as a dumb question…
Time to question every single Org running Fireblocks.
