if only people knew that the department of education was only responsible for roughly 10-15% of funding of k-12 schools.

people in their respective states should wonder why their kids' education are still bad when 85-90% of it is not federally funded.

if the local government can't cover for that 15%, then they should start caring about who they vote for. that is if they care about their children.
